Moissanites are a hard stone and very similar to diamonds they will last a lifetime if taken care of, yet they are not indestructible.

We suggest to care for your ring or jewellery the same way you should for all your jewellery, that is being aware of hard chemicals ie; bleaches and soaps that may build up on the surface the stone and stop its brilliant shine.  All jewellery should be cleaned regularly, a luke warm bath with a small amount of non-moisturing dishwashing liquid (ie; no aloevera or oils), then using a soft tooth brush or maybe a make up brush to gentle remove the build up of dirt and grime on both your stones and metals. A rinse under warm water and then gently dry with your complientary mirco fibre cloth, these steps will help bring back that beautiful shine!

We use Australia Post for all our shipping. Once your order is placed and received, we start our process of creating your custom ring and we will have it on it way within 4 weeks. This guarantees to be delivered to you within our 6 week promise within Australia.  Our parcels will be coming to your home in  discreet packaging, this is to help if your purchase is a surprise gift and most importantly, to keep your parcel safe. For international orders we suggest to allow another 2 weeks depending on destination.  Drop as a query to find out shipping times.

All our Moissanite are guaranteed to have the a Clarity rating DEF or above.  As no two moissanites are the same we make sure if stone has these four standards before we choose a stone for your ring.

Moissanites are a forever stone, in this meaning they are a stone can be passed down for generations and will keep their shine and wonder. We at Astrum Gems, will guarantee customer satisfaction on all our Moissanites along with a long time guarantee on our workmanship.

Our workmanship (metals) on all our products is guarantee this does not cover mistreatment of the rings or general wear and tear on jewellery. Warranty will be voided if repairs or further workmanship is carried out by another jeweller or organisation.

To be eligible for any refund or returns, inquires must be made within the 30 days of receiving your jewellery.

We also offer a free ring size, just in case you get this part wrong. We hope along with our free ring sizing guide you shouldn’t require this service.
